European Commodity Exchange visits Berlin

With around 3,800 trade visitors and over 100 international exhibitors from Europe, Asia, and South America, the 65th European Commodity Exchange 2025 in Berlin sent a clear signal for exchange, networking, and economic cooperation.

Three exhibition halls at Messe Berlin were transformed into a place of dialogue—characterized by intensive discussions, expert forums, and new business opportunities. The event combined tradition with modern staging and demonstrated how vibrant and forward-looking the European agricultural and raw materials industry is. VAGEDES & SCHMID was responsible for the overall planning and implementation of the two-day industry meeting – from concept development and exhibitor coordination to participant management. Special focus was placed on visitor guidance, the harmonious design of the exhibition halls, and ensuring that everything ran smoothly.

Special thanks go to the client for the trust they placed in us, our long-standing partners Messe Berlin, Capital Catering, Messe Projekt, Party Rent, and doo for their reliable support, and the entire V&S team for their commitment, precision, and passion. Together, we made the 65th European Commodity Exchange an event that will leave a lasting impression.
