Open Day at the Federal Foreign Office – Foreign policy up close

Around 15,000 visitors took advantage of the Open Day at the Federal Foreign Office in Berlin to gain insights into the work of German foreign policy. Over two days, the Ministry presented a diverse program with more than 50 exhibition stands, international contributions from partner countries South Africa and Canada, and the guest country Denmark.

Guided tours of the Crisis Response Center, citizen dialogues, and discussion formats enabled direct exchange on an equal footing. A food market, live acts, and a children's program created an open, inviting atmosphere. Foreign Minister Dr. Johann Wadephul was also on site and sought dialogue with visitors.

Behind the scenes, around 1,200 participants from the ministry, partner organizations, security, and logistics worked together to ensure that everything ran smoothly. VAGEDES & SCHMID supported the Federal Foreign Office in planning and implementing this special weekend.
